It’s time to have your say

It’s time to have your say about our services

It’s important for all Lawley Village residents to be able to have their say about the services the Estates and Stewardship team provide. Following recent feedback, we have announced a new structure for our Lawley team ( to enable us to provide the services you want.

Lawley Village is one of the largest developments in Telford and when completed will consist of 3,300 new homes, a range of shops, a primary school and other amenities. The development is being delivered by a consortium of developers in partnership with the Homes England. More information on the development is available from

Further information on BVT’s roles and responsibilities is here

By completing this questionnaire ( it will help us understand the services you’re aware of, the services you think we do well and those areas you feel need improving.

The questionnaire is anonymous, we ask for a postcode so we can understand the location you may be discussing but no personal details are asked for. It’s a quick survey that will take around 10 minutes.

If you know of anybody that is unable to access the questionnaire on-line, please get in touch (Tel: 01952 898524) as we can arrange for it to be completed over the telephone.

To ensure the Village is a long term success, the developers appointed BVT to manage much of the non-adoptable (not Local Authority) public open space, preserve the character of the area and encourage a strong community spirit.  Land ownership map links are below:
