This year, we’re running a campaign to get to know you, our residents, a little better.
We think the better we know you and your family, the better we can make our services for you.
Called Getting to Know You, the campaign will involve us asking you to update some basic details about you and your household.
This will include your communication preferences and information about who lives in your home.
We’ll be collecting this information throughout 2017, including:
- At events in your area
- When we visit your home
- When we call you
You can also update your details yourself on our main BVT website by clicking here.
Your contact details and communication preferences will be used to make sure we can contact you when we need to.
While your household and demographic information will be reported anonymised and is used to tell us how each groups’ experiences compare.
Please note this campaign will not involve the disclosure of personal financial details (such as bank or rental account information) and is limited to details about the make-up of your household.
