Estate inspections are carried out regularly by our estate officers.

As well as inspecting courtyards and green spaces and reporting any issues, they will also note down any breaches. You can read more about breaches on our What are Covenants page.

Estate officers will also investigate any issues reported by you and will advise you of the outcome.
