Meet the BVT Lawley Village Team

Nick is responsible for the Lawley Village Estates and Stewardship team, overseeing all activity, planning and resolving issues.
Maria and Nicola play an important part in ensuring the Village retains its character. They help residents understand the requirements set out in the TP1 (transfer document) and the Lawley Village Design Guide. Maria and Nicola provide a service to all homes in the Village, including homeowners, tenants and leaseholders.
Shannon provides support to the Estates & Stewardship team on a number of projects as well as working with third parties such as Lawley Partnership Board, Lawley Management Committee and Lawley Village Community Association.
Lindsey works with numerous community partners and residents to help make Lawley Village a strong and inclusive community. She provides support to the various community groups and organises events for residents.
Donna is responsible for communication in Lawley Village, including updating the BVT Lawley social media accounts and this website. She also writes and issues newsletters, articles and responds to online enquiries.
Ade and Mark are our Estate Caretakers and they work to make sure the look of the Village is well-maintained. You will see them around the Village and if you do, why not say hello?
